Welcome to Tiliti Kids (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at www.tilitikids.com and any related services, including children’s party entertainment services, language classes, tutoring services, online educational programs, and related communications.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to book services, create an account, or make purchases through the website.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising minors who participate in our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide:
- Children’s party entertainment and event services
- Educational services including tutoring and language instruction
- Online classes and virtual learning sessions
- Educational materials and related content
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Party Services
- A percentage of 50% may be required to reserve an event date.
- Final payment is due upon the date of services provided.
- Event times, locations, and requirements must be confirmed before the event.
Online Classes and Tutoring
- Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be non-refundable.
- Students are expected to attend sessions on time and behave respectfully.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Party Services
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the event may forfeit deposits.
- Severe weather or emergencies may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Tutoring and Online Classes
- Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.
- No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.
- Multi-session packages expire after 3 months, unless otherwise stated.
5. CHILD SAFETY AND PARENT RESPONSIBILITY
Parents or guardians must supervise children during party services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to end services if:
- Unsafe conditions exist
- Participants behave aggressively or inappropriately
- The environment poses risks to staff or participants
The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from:
- Failure to supervise children
- Unsafe venue conditions outside our control
- Participant misconduct
6. ONLINE CLASS PARTICIPATION RULES
Participants in online classes or tutoring sessions agree to:
- Use respectful language and conduct
- Avoid recording sessions without permission
- Not share proprietary educational materials
- Maintain appropriate online behavior
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for disruptive behavior.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, educational materials, branding, graphics, videos, lesson plans, worksheets, and logos are owned by or licensed to the Company.
You may not:
- Copy or reproduce materials
- Sell or redistribute educational content
- Record or publish classes without permission
- Use our trademarks without written consent
8. USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish such content for marketing and business purposes.
You represent that:
- You own or have permission to share the content
- The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
9. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
Option A – Opt-In Release
We may occasionally take photos or videos during events or classes for marketing purposes. We will obtain written consent from parents or guardians before using identifiable images of minors.
10. DISCLAIMERS
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific educational outcomes
- Continuous website availability
- Error-free operation
Educational services are intended as supplemental instruction and not as a substitute for formal schooling.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable services.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:
- Your use of the website
- Violation of these Terms
- Misconduct by participants under your supervision
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
